01Data we collect

When you send a quote request, contact form or account request we collect the details you enter: name, company, business email, phone number, delivery city, commercial registration and VAT numbers if provided, and the products and notes in your request.

Your quote basket and language choice are stored in your own browser and are only sent to us when you submit a request.

02How we use it

We use your data to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, set up business accounts, deliver orders and keep the records required by Saudi law. We do not sell personal data.

03Sharing

To fulfil a request we may share the necessary details with manufacturers, suppliers, quality partners and logistics providers in our network, and with service providers that host this website or send email on our behalf. They may use the data only for that purpose.

04Cookies

This website uses only what it needs to work: a cookie that remembers your language and browser storage for your quote basket. The contact page embeds a Google Maps map, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

05Retention and security

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal and accounting obligations, and protect it with access controls and encrypted connections.

06Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. We will respond within the time required by the PDPL.
