This website is operated by Boltra Company LLC, Saudi Arabia. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
02Product information
We take care to keep product descriptions, technical data and documents accurate, but images may be illustrative and specifications may change. The datasheet supplied with your quotation or order prevails.
03Quote requests and orders
A quote request is not an order. Prices, availability and delivery times are confirmed only in a written quotation from Boltra. An order is binding once Boltra confirms it in writing; the terms in the quotation then apply.
04Business accounts
Accounts are for businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
05Intellectual property
The Boltra name and logo, and the content of this website, belong to Boltra Company LLC or its licensors. You may download datasheets and safety data sheets for your own use with Boltra products.
06Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Boltra is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Selection and installation of products for a specific application remain the responsibility of the user.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction.
